*Prince* Albert

My Aunt Kathleen was astute enough to point out that the Principality
of Monaco is ruled by Prince Albert.  So he's not a King, neither were
any of his predecessors.  It's not a Kingdom like most other places
with a Monarchy, it is in fact a Principality.

If I were Prince Albert, I'd make myself King and turn Monaco into a
Kingdom.  I'd also make every third Tuesday of the month Hawaiian
shorts day and subsidize the price of cheese and have free training
programs for the use of unicycles.

I'd be a great Monarch.
