Back In Canada
We've been busy over the last few weeks. At the end of May, Laura and
I left London for a 6 nights boat trip from Split to Dubrovnik
Croatia. Being only a 250km trip, they filled in the 7 days by
stopping in various towns and islands along the way. After Croatia,
we took an overnight ferry to Ancona Italy where we jumped on a train
and headed to Rome. Then we headed up to the Cinque Terre on the west
coast of Italy for a couple of nights before going to Pisa then
Florence. Then we were off to Venice before finally heading to Milan
where we took a day trip to Verenna on Lake Como.
After a a 16Euro flight back to London, we went to a Tool concert in
west London then had one final leaving party at The George Inn on
Borough High Street before carting our absurdly over sized luggage to
Heathrow. With a little help from Brian we were able to sweet talk
our luggage onto the plan sans-extra charges and we headed home.
I'm now sitting comfortably in our den back in Guelph and are looking
around us in a daze, as if to say, "Hey, did that whole London thing
actually happen?".

So we've been pretty busy since we got back as we're trying to get
moved back into our house, but I will be posting detailed descriptions
of all the places we went over the last few weeks. In the mean time,
if you haven't noticed already, I've posted *all* the pictures. Here
they are in semi chronological order
Hvar Croatia
Mljet Croatia
Dubrovnik Croatia
Korcula Croatia
Makarska Croatia
Bol Croatia
On the boat pictures
Trogir Croatia
Split Croatia
Rome Italy
Cinque Terre Italy
Pisa Italy

Varenna (Lake Como) Italy

Our next trip is to Whitehorse to visit Alan and Jen and Ashley. My
Brother/New Dad and family. Then we'll be in Vancouver to visit
Joanne at her new place.
