Laura's Job

So I had my first 3 days of work this week and they were good. I will
be completing initial assessments of older adults who need support in
their homes to keep them independent. So I will figure out what they
need and then see what our agency can provide and then set that up for
them. It is like a Case Manager at Community Care Access Center but I
don't keep a case load. Once their initial assessment is done and
things are set up it goes to a different team. The team I work with
seem super nice and helpful. I am still in training and will probably
start my own cases later next week or early the week after. It is only
a 20 minute tube ride and than a 10 min walk to my office which is
nice. I will let you know more when I have done some of the work.
